The Rise Gear Jumper is quite a well designed bag that you can take with you as a carry on bag but is also a travel bag with shelves that you lift out along with your clothes.
The idea here is to organize your things into the shelves when you’re packing at home so that when you get to your hotel, all you have to do is unzip the bag an pull out the shelving by the two hanging straps. Your clothes are wrinkle-free because they’re not squeezed together into one big space. The hooks at the ends are there to hang the entire bag filled with still neat clothes up from a closet rod, door back, or the back of a chair. This means it won’t take up precious floor space in very small hotels rooms in parts of Europe and Asia. There’s a separate space for dirty clothes right at the bottom. At the end of your hotel stay, you just unhook the shelves and bag with your laundry in the bottom-most space, lay it on the bed or floor and let the shelves drop back into the bag before zipping it closed.

The main compartment opens like a suitcase book style. Inside is the attached portable shelving system that you lift upwards to expand. To hang the entire case with shelves to a rod or door, a pair of hanging straps with stainless steel hooks are provided.
There are 5 levels in total for storage. Right on top of the top shelf is a zippered shoe case which can also be used as a toiletry case. The first shelf under that is a shallow one for underwear and socks. The next shelf is for shirts and a light sweater. The last shelf is for trousers and jeans. Below the portable shelves is a large compartment for dirty clothes and this extends into the Jumper case. At the start of the strip, only the shelves and show case are filled, while the laundry compartment is empty. This doesn’t waste space because when the shelving unit is packed into the case, the empty compartment is just compressed under the full shelves. At the end of the trip, only the show case and the laundry compartment are filled, while the three shelves are empty and compressed back into the case. Each shelf is double stitched for strength and can hold up to 20 lbs.
The Rise Jumper luggage with shelves is sized to fit into any other slightly larger carry on or two can fit into a checked size suitcase. That way, if you have shopping or souvenirs to pack at the end of the trip, you will have an extra bag/s for them.
This bag is big enough to hold 1-3 days of clothes and accessories, depending on what and how you pack.

Packing is fast and easy. It’s like you’re putting away clean clothes on closet shelves. Unpacking at the hotel is takes 5 seconds. Just unzip and hang.
Your clothes and personal items are always easy to find since there’s no need to rummage about in a single large space.
Clothes remain wrinkle-free.
Even with the built in shelves, the bag is not heavy, unlike other bags with shelves.
In small hotel rooms where there’s not much floor space to unpack, the Rise Jumper doesn’t need any floor space at all. The back of a chair or door is enough.
Cons
The shelving system is not removable, so you don’t get the versatility of a plain empty bag whenever you need it. If you like more versatility, consider buying another carry on along with packing cubes to separate your clothes and other travel organizers for the rest of your stuff. These can be lifted out of your bag and placed in the hotel closet or drawers.
When the bottom compartment for clothes is full, it sags a bit.
Overall packing space is less than that of a regular carry on bag. While this size allows you to take it as a personal item there is the larger Rise Gear Weekender to consider. It is a 22″ duffle bag. There is also a 24″ Roller bag that is sized for checking in.
